New projects: fixed price, clear scope

Small tools and integrations from $2,000. Focused solutions for a specific task, workflow, or connection between existing systems.
New custom apps from $7,000. A focused initial build with clearly agreed functionality.
Larger business systems quoted individually. More involved systems may need several stages before they are ready for everyday use.

Before you commit, we agree on what your initial build includes and what it costs. If further stages are needed to make the system ready for your business, we explain those stages and the expected overall budget upfront. Additional work is scoped and approved before it starts.

Payment structure

50% up front to begin the project
50% on completion once agreed scope is delivered

Ongoing work: flexible and hourly

If you already have a system and need improvements, fixes, or new features, we work on an hourly basis. You only pay for the work completed.

We prioritise with you, share estimates before work starts, and keep progress visible throughout.

What you can expect

You get perpetual rights to use and modify your system. Your custom code is yours, and you can bring in any team to maintain it.

Regular check-ins

You will see progress as we go with practical updates and working demos. If something needs your input or a direction change, you will know early.
