New projects: fixed price, clear scope
For brand new systems built from scratch, we use fixed-price work. Before development starts, we agree on scope, outcomes, and total cost.
We focus first on a practical first release that solves your core pain points, then build on that foundation as your business grows.
Payment structure
- 50% up front to begin the project
- 50% on completion once agreed scope is delivered
Ongoing work: flexible and hourly
If you already have a system and need improvements, fixes, or new features, we work on an hourly basis. You only pay for the work completed.
We prioritise with you, share estimates before work starts, and keep progress visible throughout.
